CELEBRATIONS November 2021

The nights are getting darker, but the stars are getting brighter; join us as we celebrate those shining stars who have so many reasons to twinkle with success. B B Taylor shares this month's celebrations news.

Good News

We are jam-packed with good news this month, starting off with a trip around the globe, stopping off at Australia and Germany! Catherine Emmett and Ben Mantle are jet-setting as McDarkly, King of the Swamp hits shelves in Australia and sees a reprint in Germany!

Imagination is key in this industry and Rashmi Sirdeshpande and Diane Ewan have definitely cracked it with Never Show a T-Rex a Book which has been selected to be part of Dolly Parton's (amazing) Imagination Library book-gifting programme!

We were overjoyed and excited to see Patrice Lawrence's book, Eight pieces of Silva, published by Hodder Children's Books, was featured in super size in London recently as part of #amplifyingblackvoices

Have you got good news? No matter how big or small let us share your joy!

Share your good news with us and brighten our day!

Packed with step-by-step activities, advice and suggestions, the writer is guided through practical exercises and encouraged to put pen to paper. Written by Lucy Van Smit, and published by Bloomsbury, this will be a must have for all writers!

In this poignant coming-of-age story of new memories, surprises, and moments of healing, Kereen Getten beautifully captures the edge of adolescence, when everything is thrilling, amazing, and terrifying in a way it will never be again. No comments:

We love comments and really appreciate the time it takes to leave one.
Interesting and pithy reactions to a post are brilliant but we also LOVE it when people just say they've read and enjoyed.
We've made it easy to comment by losing the 'are you human?' test, which means we get a lot of spam. Fortunately, Blogger recognises these, so most, if not all, anonymous comments are deleted without reading.
