CELEBRATIONS August 2023

With the summer holidays in full swing, August has proven to be a quieter month for good news. However, there are still some celebrations to be had...

Congratulations to Rebecca Colby who has three new early readers publishing on 28th August with Maverick Arts:

1. BAM! BAM! and BUG BOP, illustrated by Anna Jones

2. DOG COP and GO, DEL, GO!, illustrated by Laura Deo

3. RED BUS and NOT IN THE BIN!, illustrated by Melina Ontiveros

A big congratulations to Clare Helen Welsh and Nicola O'Byrne. Their book, Wee? It Wasn't Me, has won the picture book category of The Lollies 2023. The Laugh Out Loud Awards champion funny books and Lenny the Lemur is the perfect character to make little ones laugh.

No comments:

We love comments and really appreciate the time it takes to leave one.
Interesting and pithy reactions to a post are brilliant but we also LOVE it when people just say they've read and enjoyed.
We've made it easy to comment by losing the 'are you human?' test, which means we get a lot of spam. Fortunately, Blogger recognises these, so most, if not all, anonymous comments are deleted without reading.
