CELEBRATIONS April 2024

The rain has briefly stopped and while we're enjoying a moment of sunshine, let's celebrate the good news of our fellow members too...

Sital Gorasia Chapman whose new book, The Maths Adventurers Share A Camping Trip, was published on 11th April by DK. It's the 4th book in the series and looks every bit as exciting as the others. Congratulations Sital, we wish you every success.

The fourth book in the series was released this month

A huge congratulations to Craig Barr-Green and Francis Martin. Their picture book, Gina Kaminski Saves the Wolf, which published last year with Little Tiger Press has been shortlisted for the Oscar's Book Prize 2024. They will now be travelling to Covent Garden in London on May 7th, where the winner will be announced. We wish you both the very best of luck!

Gina Kaminski Saves The Wolf offers a brilliantly unique take on a classic fairy tale

Have you got good news to share? A new book? An offer of agent representation? An award? Don't be shy! Why not send an email over to production@britishscbwi.org together with a picture and any links so we can celebrate with you.

We love comments and really appreciate the time it takes to leave one.
Interesting and pithy reactions to a post are brilliant but we also LOVE it when people just say they've read and enjoyed.
We've made it easy to comment by losing the 'are you human?' test, which means we get a lot of spam. Fortunately, Blogger recognises these, so most, if not all, anonymous comments are deleted without reading.
