EDITORIAL Vacancies

In case you didn't know, everyone who contributes to Words & Pictures, including the Editorial team, are volunteers. And we need more volunteers, just like you!

We currently have editorial vacancies for our regular slots:

  • Events Editor
  • Network News Editor
  • Social Media Editor
  • Sub Editors*
  • Deputy Editor
  • Debut Journeys Feature Editor

    * The role of the sub-editor is a small but rewarding role within a great team and requires only a minimal commitment of time on a weekly basis. When needed, a sub-editor is assigned an article so they can check the content and format before it goes live. A familiarity with Blogger is ideal but full training and guidance will be given. If you would like more information on any of the other roles then please contact us on the email below.

One-off and new regular feature ideas are also welcome!

Please contact editor@britishscbwi.org if you are interested and/or have any questions about joining the team. I will be taking a leave next week but will get back to you after I'm back.

No comments:

We love comments and really appreciate the time it takes to leave one.
Interesting and pithy reactions to a post are brilliant but we also LOVE it when people just say they've read and enjoyed.
We've made it easy to comment by losing the 'are you human?' test, which means we get a lot of spam. Fortunately, Blogger recognises these, so most, if not all, anonymous comments are deleted without reading.
